The child inside

This doll, made of pressed cardboard  in the '20-'30 has
messing rings around her ankles,I often wondered if they are slave's chains.
Although she looks smiling and ready to play her accordion ,those chains
make that she is not just a doll to me ...

Little goat (composition ,rubber ears) and his wooden cart.

   Rustic scenery (wood and plaster)

Red

Early in the morning,dew-drops in the garden will soon dry up and the soft light will be taken over by bright sunlight and shimmering summerheat.

Red,the heat makes me think ,dream and paint 'red'.

(S)hare

A while ago I tried out acryl on canvas , I never used acryl paint before and i must say i liked it. Long ago when I was a student I did some oilpainting.  What i like about acryl ,it dries very quickly .Here are some pictures of one painting in several stages, there's a detail of this work at the sidebar .

The south of France

                               Picking almonds.

I adore this country, it's such a beautiful land , love it's history ,it's landscapes ,
there are places so overwhelming , full of mystery, places where time stands
still and one can only look and smile and look again and again.....
